The building consists of a basement, ground floor, the first and the second floor. The subterranean garages and all the storage rooms for the apartments are in the basement (underground). On the ground floor, the first and the second floors there are apartments of different sizes with staircases and shared spaces of the building. In the enclosed yard there are parking spaces, a pool, access to the subterranean garage and a path around the object for the access to the apartments and energy supply (gas).
Construction and outer elements All the constructive elements of the basement are done with fortified concrete. The walls of the garage and the first and the second floors are made with Porotherm brick and the vertical fortified concrete (serklaže) are coated on the outside by 5cm thick tervol panels. The panels above the ground floor and two other floors are made of fortified concrete and coated on the outside by 5 cm thick tervol panels. The roof is made of the first class material with Mediterranean tiles. The façade is treated with thermal plaster, 4 cm thick, with final impermeable layer. The outside carpentry is made of high quality PVC profiles with five chambers and is glazed with thermopan glass. The rails on the terraces and staircases are made from first class stainless steel pipes.
Inside equipment and design
The floors of the garage spaces are processed with finely flattened cement glaze. All of the inside walls and ceiling are plastered with rough and fine plaster, smoothed out and painted in two layers. All the shared spaces, staircases and terraces are tiled with first class panels, resistant to all the weather conditions. In an apartment, all the floors in the hall, kitchen, sitting room, toilet and bathroom are tiled with first class ceramics with edging and decorative tiles. Behind the kitchen units the wall is tiled up to 160cm. In all the bedrooms there are first class varnished parquet floors. The front door is sensity door, coated in wooden veneer. Doors to the rooms are full or half-glazed, coated in veneer and the door-posts are made of full wood and no thicker than the wall. The sanitary ware is of high standard and fine design. There are bathtubs with shower stalls, toilets, washbasins and bidets with quality taps. All the rooms are air-conditioned and the heating is done by the gas water-heaters which are used both for the hot water and for the radiators. All the apartments have high quality fire places with link to the chimneys. Each appartment has its own water, electricity and gas meter, all paid by the apartment owners. All the apartments have phone connections installed and a shared satellite dish.
Surroundings
Next to the outdoor parking spaces, there is a pool constructed according to the project documentation. It is equipped with a thermal pump used for heating with hot water. The pool walls and the floor are coated in high quality PVC foil. The foil is blue for easier mainte-nance. The ground floor apartments gardens are enclosed with concrete walls according to the project. The gardens are filled with quality soil and planted with Mediterranean herbs. The fence walls are made of 60 cm high concrete topped with 150cm high plasticized net. The entrance to the subterranean garages is closed by sliding door made of wrought iron. Personal entrances to the building are also made of wrought iron. The surrounding area inside the concrete walls and the outdoor car park is paved with coloured concrete panels.
