Splitska Villas Description of villas All plots surrounding the villas will be designed by an authorised landscaping architect and constructed and planted with trees, plants, bushes, walking paths and illumination by a specialized company. All plots will be fenced in and the gates equipped with a remote controlled slkiding gate. Each plot will have a nice outdoor pool, with an outdoor shower. 2 parking spaces are designed on each of the plots. Almost all villas have 3 bedrooms in the upper floor, each with en suite bathrooms and cabinets. The entire technical equipment and installation is done inline directives and legal provisions. All rooms have an own telephone and PC socket. Door bell and speakerphones, with camera. SAT TV Installation and TV sockets in every room. Fire place in the sitting rooms, partially in combination with an outdoor grill. Maximum care will be given to the optimum heat and noise insulation of the entire villas. All roof terraces have power and water connections. In case of early purchase decision, we may still take into consideration special wishes regarding materials, layout design and similar by our buyers, as long as such wishes do not effect subsequent changes in the building permission. In case our buyers wish so, we can completely design and furnish the interior of the villa, including garden furniture. All villas are designed in the Mediterranean style, with the local, typical stone facades and usage of only top quality materials.
